My TCG Binder is built for collectors. This policy defines what keeps the community healthy and what we won't tolerate.
What this covers
This policy applies to everything you do on My TCG Binder — creating binders, sharing collections, communicating with other users, and using any API or integration we provide. It supplements, not replaces, the Terms of Service.
What you can do
- Catalogue your personal trading card collection.
- Share public or unlisted binders with other collectors.
- Use wishlist and trade features to arrange card exchanges.
- Operate a vendor storefront under the Storefront tier.
- Build integrations using our public API within rate limits.
What you cannot do
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download other users' collections without permission.
- Create fake or duplicate accounts to circumvent tier limits or bans.
- Use the service to facilitate fraud, scams, or counterfeit card sales.
- Impersonate another person, collector, or business.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours.
- Abuse the API in ways that degrade service for other users.
- Post spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or malicious links.
Content standards
Content you post publicly — binder names, profile bios, trade notes — must not contain hate speech, explicit sexual content, threats, or content that targets individuals for harassment.
Card images are sourced from licensed providers. Do not upload card images that violate the intellectual property rights of card game publishers.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate this policy. For severe violations (fraud, abuse, harassment), we may act without prior warning and refer matters to law enforcement.
