Getting started

What is My TCG Binder?+
A quiet place for your trading card collection. Build as many binders as your plan allows, share what you choose, keep the rest private. Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering at launch — more games on the way.
Do I need to download an app?+
Not yet. My TCG Binder runs in your browser, on your phone or laptop. We're designed mobile-first so it'll feel like an app on your phone. Native iOS and Android apps come later.
Which games are supported?+
Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering at launch. Lorcana, One Piece, and Yu-Gi-Oh are next on the roadmap. We add full set data and real images for every game we support — no half-baked tabs.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes — Free includes one binder using the Small preset and a five-item wishlist, free forever, no credit card. Free will stay free.

Binders & cards

How do I add cards?+
Search the catalog by name, set, or card number and tap to add. Image scanning is available on every paid tier — 100 scans a month on Collector, 300 on Collectaholic, 500 on Archivist, and up to 1,000 a month on Vendor — so you can capture a card straight from your phone camera without typing.
How many binders can I have?+
Free gives you one. Collector goes to three, Collectaholic to ten, Archivist and above are unlimited. Vendor and Storefront are both unlimited and also unlock custom layouts and the in-store kiosk view.
What about variants — foils, holos, alt arts?+
Tracked separately. A regular Charizard and a holo Charizard are different rows in your binder. Same for foils, alt arts, and stamped versions.
Can I track conditions?+
Yes — NM, LP, MP, HP, and DMG on every plan. Master-Set tracking unlocks at Collectaholic; graded-card tracking (BGS / PSA) is on the roadmap as part of the Archivist tier.

Trades & wishlist

How do trade markers work?+
Toggle any card as 'For Trade' directly in the slot — one tap in the card detail view. A badge appears on your shared binder and @username profile so anyone browsing can immediately see what you're willing to part with, without needing to message you first. My TCG Binder is the signal. The actual trade is arranged between collectors however they connect — at a show, in a Discord server, over a direct message. We don't match, broker, or get involved in the transaction.
Is there an in-app way to message about a trade?+
No — and we mean that. The best trades happen at a table, in a Discord server, or across a shop counter between two people who both care about the cards. We're not here to get in the middle of that. We just make sure the person across from you already knows what you have and what you want before the conversation starts.
Do you charge fees on trades?+
No, and we never will. There's nothing to charge — the trade happens between two people directly. We make money from subscriptions, not from your transactions.
Can I share my wishlist so others know what I'm looking for?+
Yes. Every wishlist gets its own share link at mytcgbinder.com/w/slug. Send it in a trade thread, post it in your shop's Discord, or hand it to a dealer at a show. Anyone with the link can see the full list — no account required.
IV.

Privacy & visibility

Are my binders public by default?+
No — and Free now includes private sharing, so you can send a direct link to your binder without it appearing on any profile or index. Collector adds Unlisted sharing so anyone with the link can browse. Collectaholic and up unlock fully Public binders and an opt-in showcase profile.
Who can see my profile?+
Only what you opt in to. The showcase profile is off until you turn it on (Collectaholic and up). Even then it lists only the binders you mark public — private and unlisted binders never appear.
Do you sell my data?+
No. Never. We make money from subscriptions, not from data brokers.
Are there ads?+
No. Not on Free, not on paid plans, not ever. We've all used apps that treat the free tier as an excuse to plaster ads over something we love. We're not doing that. Your binder is yours — it shouldn't have a banner across the bottom of it. We charge for the tools. Your physical binder doesn't have ads plastered all over it — neither will your virtual one.
V.

Billing

How much do paid plans cost?+
Collector $3.99/mo, Collectaholic $9.99/mo, Archivist $14.99/mo. Shop plans are Vendor at $124.99/mo and Storefront (contact us for pricing). Free will always stay free.
Can I cancel?+
Anytime, from settings. Your binders stay intact — read-only past Free's limits if you cancel a paid plan, but never deleted.
What happens after I cancel — do I lose access immediately?+
No. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. If you're on a monthly plan and cancel on the 10th, you keep full access until the end of that month. After that your account drops to Free — your binders, cards, and wishlists are all still there, just subject to Free's limits.
