These terms govern your use of My TCG Binder. We've tried to write them in plain language because nobody should need a lawyer to read their binder's terms of service.
Who we are
My TCG Binder ("we," "us") is a digital binder service for trading card game collectors. We help you organize, share, and track your collection. By using My TCG Binder, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You need an account to keep binders, track values, or use social features. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we find out you're under 13, we'll delete your account.
You may only have one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free tiers or circumvent bans is not allowed and will result in all accounts being suspended.
Your binders are yours
We don't claim ownership of anything you put into My TCG Binder. Your card lists, notes, and collection data belong to you. We store it on your behalf and you can export or delete it at any time.
By making a binder public or shared, you give us permission to display it to other users and in search results. You can change visibility at any time — private binders are never shown to other users.
Trades & vendors
My TCG Binder is a binder service, not a marketplace. We help you track what you have and what you want, but we're not a party to any trades or sales you arrange with other collectors or vendors.
If a vendor or collector wrongs you in a trade, that's between you and them. We'll cooperate with law enforcement if required, but we can't mediate disputes or guarantee the behaviour of other users.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't share your collection with card game publishers or manufacturers. We don't use your data to train AI models without your consent.
Card prices shown in the app are sourced from third-party market data providers and are for informational purposes only. Don't use them as the sole basis for a financial decision.
Subscriptions
Most of My TCG Binder is free. Paid tiers (Collector, Storefront) unlock additional features like unlimited binder pages, advanced analytics, and vendor storefronts. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose.
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for unused time, but if something goes wrong on our end we'll make it right.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your data within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are inactive for more than two years on the free tier. We'll try to give you notice before termination except in cases of serious abuse.
Changes to these terms
We'll update these terms occasionally as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email and show a notice in the app. Your continued use after the notice period means you accept the updated terms.
We'll always keep previous versions of these terms available so you can see what changed.
