We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to valid takedown requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Our approach
My TCG Binder displays card images sourced from licensed data providers including Scryfall and the Pokémon TCG API. We do not host card images ourselves — they are served directly from the rights holders' infrastructure.
User-generated content (binder names, profile text, uploaded avatars) is the responsibility of the user who posted it. If you believe user-generated content on our platform infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.
Reporting infringement
To submit a DMCA takedown request, send a written notification to our designated agent at support@mytcgbinder.com.
We will review and respond to valid requests within 5 business days. Content that is found to be infringing will be removed or disabled.
What to include
Your written notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorised representative).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on our platform (a URL is ideal).
- Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to support@mytcgbinder.com that includes your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
Repeat infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
