Additional terms for local game stores, dealers, and shops operating a storefront on My TCG Binder. These terms supplement the Terms of Service.
Who this applies to
These additional terms apply to any account on the Storefront tier — a paid subscription designed for local game stores (LGS), card dealers, and other businesses that wish to maintain a professional storefront on My TCG Binder and receive trade or purchase inquiries from collectors.
Storefront requirements
To operate a storefront, you must:
- Be a legitimate business or sole trader (not a collector operating as a casual trader).
- Provide accurate business information including store name, location, and contact details.
- Maintain at least one active payment or trade-request method.
- Respond to collector inquiries within 5 business days.
We review all Storefront applications and may decline or revoke access at our discretion.
Listings and inventory
Inventory you list on My TCG Binder must be accurate — condition, edition, and pricing must reflect the actual card you intend to sell or trade.
You are responsible for keeping listings up to date. Listings for cards you no longer hold must be removed promptly. Persistent stale listings may result in storefront suspension.
Trades and transactions
My TCG Binder facilitates connections between collectors and vendors. We are not a party to any transaction, trade, or sale you arrange through the platform. You are solely responsible for fulfilling any commitments you make to collectors.
Disputes between vendors and collectors must be resolved between those parties. We may investigate complaints and may suspend vendors with a pattern of unfulfilled commitments.
Fees
The Storefront tier is billed monthly at the rate shown on the pricing page. We do not charge transaction fees or commissions on trades or sales you conduct through the platform.
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
Prohibited conduct
Vendors may not:
- List or sell counterfeit cards.
- Misrepresent card condition, edition, or authenticity.
- Use the platform to conduct business under a suspended or banned account.
- Engage in deceptive pricing, bait-and-switch, or other consumer protection violations.
- Contact collectors outside of the platform in unsolicited commercial messages.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a storefront for violations of these terms, a pattern of collector complaints, failure to maintain accurate listings, or non-payment of subscription fees.
Upon termination, your storefront is removed from the platform. Collector-facing data (trade history, inquiries) is retained for 90 days and then deleted, except where required by law.
